This position will include sales of exterior construction projects, including but not limited to; siding, roofing, windows and exterior paint. Excellent communication skills are necessary for this position. Below is a list of specific duties you will have in this position. They include but are not limited to:
Generating in-home sales opportunities
Building rapport with, and educating, clients
Identifying each client's wants and needs, in regards to their project
Effectively evaluate and measure home improvement project options
Negotiating and closing sales
Keep open communication with clients
Supervise and manage projects
Work on job schedules
Submitting project documentation on a timely basis
Attending sales training and meetings
Consistently maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
Sell products and services priced according to our standards
Opportunity to attend home shows as our representative
Bring in a minimum of 25% of all the business sales for the first three months(after Training/adaptation process)
Keep all management. as required by Beisa’s Legacy Const.
Follow and respect Beisa’s Legacy systems and procedures
Compensation will be % commission Only (TB discussed on interview)
Requirements:
Possess a consultative selling approach
Must be able to write estimates on site
Have a familiarity with the construction Exteriors/remodeling industry
Be able to climb a ladder, as this is an exterior sales role mainly.
Own a reliable vehicle, and be willing to use the company logos
Own personal tools to measure and collect information as necessary
Individual contractor’s license preferred
Open schedule to do Sales at least 3-4 days a week
